THE ACCORDION GUYS ACCORDION CARE GUIDE!!!!!!
Today I will be talking about caring for your accordion. **THIS APPLIES TO ALL TYPES!**
Some Basic tips and tricks:
1. Never leave your Accordion in the trunk of a car for long periods of time, especially on hot days or cold days.
2. always fasten the bellows straps closed when finished playing
3. never open and close the Bellows of the accordion (the moving part in middle) without pressing one of the keys or air button
4. keep your accordion in a dry, UNhumid place, like a closet.
5. always avoid direct sunlight contact for long time periods
6. for best results do not play the accordion in humid atmospheres, where its wet or muggy, and NEVER play outside in rain as this will more than likely cause the tuning to mess up and cause other problems.
7. it is best to have matinence checks every 2-3 years for best results
8. NEVER EVER use used wax when re waxing your reeds back in if you do so your self.
